7 days in Tokyo and Kyoto

I went for a 7-day trip to Japan in the late summer month of June. While I did miss the cherry blossom season, which mostly runs from April to March, I did get a round trip ticket from Singapore to Japan for only S$425 from Malaysian Airways.

The views were absolutely breathtaking despite it not being the best time for cherry blossoms.

While travelling there was so many things flashing in mind about japan which I used to hear from my mother and grandmother and read from books. It met all the expectations of mine. People in japan are extremely gentle and helping. Never hesitant to help a stranger.

Depression and Yoga

Depression is an illness that involves the body, mood and thought. It a one feels affects the way a person eats and sleeps, the way one thinks about things. People with depressive illness can’t merely pull themselves together and get better. Depression is a stress related illness. It is the most common illness most people suffer at some time of their life. One in six women and one in nine men suffer from depression. Depression does not always have a definite cause and can strike suddenly. It is related to stress, mostly emotional and if you are under stress for a long period you are likely to become depressed. Your depression may start with a feeling of being under the weather. When depression begins you feel low, your self esteem falls and you lose your motivation. Procrastination sets in and you feel worst. This is the start of a spiral downwards.

दर्द का अर्थ समझे

जिंदगि में कोई दर्द नहीं उठाना चाहता है | लेकिन दर्द किसीका भी पीच्छा छोडता नहीं है | हमारी भलाई इसमें है कि हम उसका अर्थ समझे | हमें यह समझ लेना चाहिए कि हर समय दर्द का कोई ना कोई कारण होता है | वह कारण हम से ही बनता है | लिकिन हम उस का स्रोत के लीए इधर उधर तलासते रहते है | हम अनजाने से दर्द का आधर बनाते रहते है | लेकिन जब दर्द आजाता है तो हम दूसरों को कोसते रह जाते हैं | हर समय यह समझना कि दर्द से हमारा नुकसान ही होता है, सही नहीं है | सच में दर्द आता है जब हम गलत रास्ते में होते हैं और सही रास्ते पर आना बहूत ही जरूरत होता है | कभी कभी दर्द के चपेट में आकर इंसान मौत चाहता है, मर भी जाता है ; जब कि उस दर्द में ही उसका आगे के जीवन का आधार होता है | जिंदेगि का विकास का आधार होता है दर्द का अर्थ समझ्ने के लिए हमारी कुशलता |
